NAAVA Salon and Spa wants all of our guests to have a relaxing, rejuvenating and overall beautiful experience. We value our reputation as a salon and spa providing not only excellence in technical services, but creating an atmosphere of genuine caring concern for your well-being. Reservations may be made through our Guest Care Coordinators or through online booking. Appointment times and availability vary depending on the date and service provider. We encourage advanced reservations on all appointments but walk-in guests are welcome. To secure your appointment, we will request a credit card or gift certificate number, however you can pay for your services on the day of your appointment with cash, check, credit card or gift certificate. Nothing will be charged to your credit card prior to your appointment, however if you you fail to cancel/reschedule within appropriate amount of time full service charges will be applied. It is always the recommendation of NAAVA Salon and Spa to pre-book your next treatment prior to leaving in order for us to accommodate and cater to your utmost preferences.
Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that you may receive your full service and our other guests are not inconvenienced. To allow for check in and relaxation time prior to your day spa services, please arrive at least 15-30 minutes before your appointment.
New guests will be asked to complete an information sheet and any corresponding intake forms prior to services. This will allow us to safely deliver our services by minimizing any risk of injury. To save time and make the most of your visit we encourage you to fill out these forms before you arrive. Upon each visit, you will need to complete and sign the appropriate form(s) before we can commence your services. Please print and fill out the form(s) that apply to your service(s) and bring them to a Guest Care Coordinator upon arrival:
There is no appointment guarantee on a delayed arrival although we will try our best to accommodate. If a service is provided on a delayed arrival, the service may be abbreviated to avoid delays to other guests and will be charged at full value. Appointments missed by 15 minutes or more may require re-scheduling and/or are subject to our “No-Show/Cancellation policy”.
To ensure all of our guests begin their treatments on time and receive the full salon and spa experience we request that you notify us if you will be unable to make your appointment. To cancel or rebook your appointment we require 24 hours notice for any single service and 48 hours notice for any multiple services or spa packages. Full service charges will be applied if you fail to contact us or do not show up for your appointment.
NAAVA Salon and Spa reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or raise prices on certain treatments without prior notification to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are met. If you have any questions, please ask your Guest Care Coordinator when you book your appointment. Leaving a gratuity for a service provider is left to the discretion of our clients. Gift certificates do not include gratuity unless noted otherwise.
If you’ve enjoyed a great spa or salon experience, you can show your appreciation by leaving gratuity for your service. Gratuities for our service providers average between 15–20 percent of the service prices but we always respect your tipping decisions. You may leave gratuities by cash or credit card at the front desk when checking out.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, business and personal checks and cash.
Gift Certificates and EGift Certificates
NAAVA Salon and Spa gift certificates make a wonderful gift for any special occasion, holiday or cause for celebration. Gift certificates are non-refundable, not transferable and not redeemable for cash. All gift certificates expire one year after date of issue and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
For Your Comfort
We request that you disclose any medical conditions and/or prescription medications as some services may be contraindicated. Please advise our professional staff of any allergies or sensitivities or if you are expecting. We do not perform any massage treatments during the first trimester of pregnancy.
NAAVA wants to create an atmosphere that allows all of our clients to completely renew their body, relax their mind, and indulge their senses. So you may fully enjoy your salon and spa experience, and as a courtesy to other guests, cell phones should be in silent mode or turned off while at NAAVA.
What To Wear
For spa services robes, slippers, and a locker are provided for your comfort. For the protection of your clothing, we ask that you wear the robe that is provided. As you change into your robe feel free to dress to your comfort level. Our therapists are highly trained to be sensitive to your comfort and modesty at all times. During a massage treatment, our therapists drape you to protect your privacy. If you feel more comfortable wearing undergarments for your massage, please feel free to do so. If your treatment involves certain waxing treatments, NAAVA can also provide disposable underwear.
We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal articles, even those placed in lockers. We recommend that you keep all valuables with you during appointments or leave them at home.
NAAVA Salon and Spa is an adult oriented atmosphere; therefore we are not able to accept appointments for children under the age of 18 years, unless accompanied by a parent. Children under the age of 18 are welcome but may need a signed waiver and/or accompaniment of a parent or adult guardian for services. Online bookings cannot be made by or for persons under 18 years of age. Please contact us for more information.
Child Safety Policy
We love children, and we hope you understand, we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children. Children are only permitted in the salon or spa area when having a service. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

NAAVA offers complimentary parking at both our Austin locations.

Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal. We reserve the right to determine and modify accommodations for unsatisfactory service or retail purchase to ensure that our service standards and quality are met.
Products: Any return/exchange must be within 30 days and must be unopened unused. Any products that are damaged or inoperable, may be returned, within 10 days.
Service Adjustment: Our goal at NAAVA is for every client to leave our salon and spa with complete satisfaction of your services. In the case we have not met your expectations with your service we would like to invite you to contact us within 10 days of that initial service for a complimentary adjustment to be scheduled.
